  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment.

  • Delivery Time (Domestic): Estimated 2–5 business days within the United States.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not ship internationally.

  • Shipping Costs: We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

  • Order Tracking: Tracking information is provided via email as soon as your order ships.

  • Address Changes: Contact us before dispatch to update your shipping address.

  • PO Box & Military Addresses: We ship to PO boxes and military addresses using USPS.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

  • Change of Mind: Returns are accepted within 30 days if the product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Defective / Damaged Items: Please contact us within 90 days if your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. For defective/warranty cases, we will reimburse your return shipping.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued either as store credit, original payment refund, or replacement item (depending on your preference and availability).

  • Processing Time: Refunds are completed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
