Shipping Policy
Futany ("we," "our," and "us") operates the website https://futany.com/ (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, protect both parties, and set the right expectations regarding our service.
1. General
All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory on our Website, there may occasionally be discrepancies. If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, we will ship the available products and contact you regarding the out-of-stock item. You may then choose to:
· Wait for the item to restock, or
· Request a refund for the unavailable product.
2. Shipping is 100% free on all domestic orders within the United States.
3. Returns
3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
Futany accepts returns for change of mind, provided:
· The request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.
· The item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and customers must arrange their own return shipping.
Once the returned product is received and approved, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. Customers will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
Please note: Futany will refund the value of the goods only and will not refund original shipping costs (if applicable).
3.2 Warranty Returns
Futany will honor valid warranty claims if submitted within 90 days of receiving the product.
· Customers must pre-pay the return shipping.
· If the warranty claim is approved, Futany will reimburse return shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned item, warranty claims are processed within 7 days. Customers may choose between:
· A refund to the original payment method,
· Store credit, or
· A replacement item (if stock is available).
4. Processing & Delivery Times
· Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
· Delivery Time (Domestic – USA): 3–5 business days after dispatch.
· Total Estimated Time (Processing + Delivery): 4–7 business days.
📍 Shipping Locations: We currently only ship within the United States.
❌ No International Shipping: At this time, we do not deliver outside the USA.
4.1 Domestic Transit Time
Domestic shipments typically take 2–5 business days in transit.
4.2 International Shipping
Futany does not currently offer international delivery.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment.
Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address
We can update the delivery address before an order has been dispatched. Once shipped, delivery details cannot be changed.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. Courier delivery is not available for P.O. box addresses.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We ship to military addresses using USPS. Courier shipping is not available for these addresses.
4.7 Out-of-Stock Items
If part of an order is unavailable, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock item(s), and ship the remaining products.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery takes longer than expected, please contact our customer service team so we can investigate with the carrier.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor the shipment status based on updates provided by the courier.
6. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If a parcel arrives damaged, please:
· Reject the delivery if possible, and notify our customer service team, or
· Contact us immediately if the parcel was delivered in your absence.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax is already included in the product price as displayed on the Website.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Since Futany does not ship internationally, import duties and taxes do not apply.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled anytime before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.
9. Insurance
9.1 Parcels Damaged in Transit
Refunds or replacements will be processed once the courier completes their investigation.
9.2 Parcels Lost in Transit
Refunds or replacements will be issued once the courier confirms the parcel as lost.
10. Damaged or Lost Packages
· Damaged in Transit: If possible, reject the delivery and contact us immediately. If already delivered, email us with photos for assistance.
· Lost in Transit: If your package does not arrive within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please reach out so we can investigate and resolve it.
