Return & Refund Policy

At Futany, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on https://futany.com/ (β€œWebsite”) and is designed to give our customers a clear and transparent process.


1. Returns Due to Change of Mind

We accept returns if you change your mind about your purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • A return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and approved, you will receive either:

  • A store credit for future purchases, or

  • A refund to your original payment method (excluding any shipping charges, if applicable).


2. Warranty & Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If your item is defective or arrives damaged, you may submit a warranty return within 90 days of receipt.

Process:

  1. Contact us at support@futany.com with your order number and photos of the defective item.

  2. We will guide you through the return process.

  3. Once received and confirmed defective, you may choose:

    • A replacement item (if in stock),

    • A refund to your original payment method, or

    • A store credit.

Return shipping for warranty claims will be refunded once your claim is approved.


3. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear.


4. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled any time before dispatch for a full refund.

  • If your order has already shipped, please refer to the returns process above.


5. Exclusions

Please note that certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., opened personal care items). If a product is marked as Final Sale at checkout, it will not be eligible for return.
